All submitted papers will be reviewed by an international technical committee and authors will be notified of the review outcomes by July 24, 2013.

Please see the Article Preparation Guidelines that will help you prepare your paper.

Also please see the Style Template that will help you format your paper.

Publication Clearance

Authors must obtain all the necessary publication and information disclosure permissions from their clients and co-authors before submitting their papers to this conference. Authors are to ensure that all the client and internal approvals (if applicable) are sought and granted before the full paper submission date. Authors are entirely responsible for the content of their papers, for the research they have done and for the methodology/results described in the paper. Authors should warrant that the paper is original and they are the authors of the work.  Authors of the approved papers will be required to sign a copyright release form, in order to have their papers published in the Heap Leach 2013 conference proceedings.
Conference registration is required

Submitting an abstract represents a commitment to attend the Heap Leach 2013 conference. Only papers of attending authors can be accepted for review and then included in the book of proceedings and the conference oral or poster program. The opportunity to present an abstract and subsequently a paper for consideration is available only to those who plan to attend the conference for educational and networking purposes, and not to those who wish to attend exclusively for an opportunity to present. All persons submitting a paper must register and pay the author fee by July 22, 2013 at the very latest. If none of the authors is able to attend the conference, a corresponding author must issue a withdrawal request by July 1, 2013.

Please send your full-length paper to heapleach@infomine.com by June 25, 2013.
